What is our Return Policy?
We accept orders purchased from lamichaux.com in new condition with tags and liners in tact for store credit or a refund.
Return shipping is at customer expense. You have 14 days from the day of receipt, to send them back to us for store credit, exchange or a refund.
La Michaux will not be held liable for any lost returns and we strongly recommend you use a registered postal service and record the tracking details. Please note all final sale items are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Sale items, including items purchased with a discount of 15% or more are not eligible for exchange.
For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns that are worn or are soiled/stained.
