Hi guys!
I’m so happy that you can get to know me a bit more thanks to La Michaux!
I define myself as a happy, confident and understanding person.
I currently live in Milan with my family where we feel very comfortable. Originally I’m from Spain, a wonderful country that I miss every day...
I studied medicine 5 years ago and I work as a Doctor now. I’m specialized in Aesthetic medicine and I feel blessed to make people happy with my work.
How do you like to spend your free time? What are you truly passionate about?
If I have more than two days off, I love to travel! Any place is a good idea!! I love reading historical novels and medical news as well.
Besides that, I play the piano and I like to sing when nobody’s looking 😂
How has your view on life changed since having twins?
Having children changes your life in a second. They are my priority now, the only thing that matters.
What’s your biggest wish for your children?
My biggest wish is for them to be healthy, happy and unique.
Empowered women, empower women! Which other women inspire you daily and why?
My mum and my aunt. They are two strong women. They have taught me to work hard and to follow my dreams and if I have a problem, I can always count on them.
What’s your favorite workout? What kind of tips & tricks can you give us to maintain in shape?
I like to train twice a week and pilates is always a good option!.
Having twins can help you to maintain shape as well!! 😂
Because they never rest, and as a consequence, neither do you.
Hahaha I can imagine, being a mother is a full workout by itself.
Let’s dream away a bit… How does your favorite vacation look like? What do you like to do?
It's not about the place… it’s about the company! Go with someone who makes you happy.
Absolutely, I fully agree. How do you prepare yourself for a day at the beach? What are your beach essentials?
It's important for me to take care of my skin when I’m sitting in the sun so I always wear sunglasses, a hat and sunscreen 50+.
I drink a lot of water as well to always stay hydrated
Which holiday experience will you never forget? What was so special about it?
I will never forget my trip to Bora Bora. It's a magical destination with lots of adventures and you’re surrounded by the most beautiful landscapes.
I went there with Mateo.
